Taxes and Shipping Costs
Taxes will be collected for NY and CT customers at the time of order processing, unless and until, verification of tax-exempt status is received. Shipping as listed on this website is estimated. Backorders and drop shipments may cause shipping charges to be different than those listed on the web invoice. Actual costs will be generated at the time of order processing. If shipping is 15% or greater than reported amount, you will be contacted for approval.

Special Offers
Offers may not apply to certain exclusionary items. Only one special offer, coupon or discount can be applied to any one order and cannot be combined. Special offers, coupons or discounts are not valid on any prior purchases. Buyer is hereby advised that he/she may be obligated to fully and accurately disclose the amount of any discounts, rebates or other price reductions in cost reports or claims for reimbursement by buyer to Medicare or other health care programs requiring such disclosures. Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms
All payments shall be made in United States dollars. Established businesses may apply for an open account. For your payment convenience, Medical Warehouse accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Invoices will be dated as of the date of shipment. In the case of credit card payments, invoices will be charged on the date of shipment. The exception is any special order item, which will be charged upon execution of order. Late charges at a minimum rate of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate permitted by law, may be charged on past due accounts. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check.

Prices
Due to unforeseen manufacturers’ price increases or decreases, pricing is subject to change without prior notification.

Shipping Info

We use United Parcel Service for shipping.

Failure to provide a valid shipping address for UPS may result in additional shipping charges.

After you have selected your products and are ready for checkout, you will be presented with a number of options for shipping. Assuming that the Internet and the estimated shipping calculations of the web site are available at the time of your order, your shipping costs will be estimated immediately and added to your total. If these functions are not available during checkout, your shipping costs will be totaled at the time your order is packaged. We will then e-mail you the total cost of your shipping.

Shipping Times
Most orders are packaged and shipped on the same business day. To determine when you are scheduled to receive your order, calculate the time for delivery to your area based on the shipping option you chose at checkout.

Special Orders

All special orders and custom made items must be approved by the customer in writing prior to production. Special orders and custom made items are not returnable.

Backorders
You will be contacted if any backorder is expected to be delayed by greater than 2 days. If you have selected a premium service (Next Day or Second Day), and items are backordered you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Standard UPS Ground
Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. UPS Ground reaches every address, urban and rural, throughout the 48 contiguous states. Shipping time: 1-8 business days depending on where you live and product availability.

UPS 2nd Air
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second business day to every address coast to coast and in Puerto Rico. An economical alternative for important shipments that are time-sensitive but don't require overnight delivery. Shipping time: dependent on product availability.

UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. We guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end-of-day the next business day depending on destination (noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays). Shipping time: dependent on product availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with anything you've purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the procedures outlined below to return the item to us. Please be sure to understand these guidelines when returning or exchanging an item.

Return Procedures (applies to all products):

  Please contact our office for a return authorization number. Absolutely no items will be credited without prior authorization.

  Please note:

• Shipping charges are not refundable;
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from purchase;
• All authorized returns within 30 days of purchase may be subject to a restock fee of 25%; and
• Special order, custom items and unauthorized returns are not refundable.

Return shipping charges and risk of loss on return shipments are the customer's responsibility. Therefore, we highly recommend using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of delivery, proper packaging, and insurance for your return shipment.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition as determined by Medical Warehouse.

Custom made or personalized items cannot be returned except if items were produced incorrectly.

Upon our receipt of item and after all conditions have been satisfied, we will credit your original method of payment, less any applicable fees.

Returns and exchanges will be handled promptly. Credit should appear on your account within 3 days of our receipt of your return.
