Personal Protection Equipment and Sanitation (Disinfection) Supplies Return Policy
Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), disinfectants, and all related products are on manufacturer back-order. Manufacturers have been increasing production however, they have also implemented strict rules that all orders are non-returnable. During this outbreak we are forced to implement the corresponding policy: All PPE, disinfection and sanitation related products are sold on a non-returnable basis.
Applicable Sales Tax will be collected on all shipments to NY or CT, unless and until, verification of customer's tax-exempt or resale status is received.
Offers may not apply to certain exclusionary items. Only one special offer, coupon or discount can be applied to any order and cannot be combined. Special offers, coupons or discounts are not valid on any prior purchases. Buyer is hereby advised that he/she may be obliged to fully and accurately disclose the amount of any discounts, rebates or other price reductions in cost reports or claims for reimbursement by buyer to Medicare or other health care programs requiring such disclosures.
All payments shall be made in US dollars. Established services may apply for open account. For your payment convenience, Medical Warehouse accepts many major credit cards. Late charges on established accounts, at a minimum rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, may be charged on past due accounts. A $30.00 fee will be assessed for each returned check.
Medical Warehouse reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at the discretion of the Management and without prior notification.
