Well you are not alone. It all comes down to one simple fact; Battery operated suction units die when needed most.

The cure?  Run the unit once per month with the charge cable detached - if it does not run for at least 15 minutes OR if the motor stops (or slows to a crawl) when you put your finger over the open end of the suction hose...the battery is SHOT.

Replace the dead battery (or have us do it for you) and it should run like new again.

Or you can leave it alone and expect to hear this on a call; Hey - this suction unit is dead!
